Advancing Inclusive Education: Cross River Institute Leads Sensitization Effort
The Teachers Continuous Training Institute (TCTI) Biase, Cross River State, organized a comprehensive training program aimed at fostering inclusive education in the state. Director-General Professor Taoheed Adedoja highlighted the significance of equipping Persons Living With Disabilities (PWDs), teachers, and Ministry officials with the necessary knowledge and skills to promote inclusivity. The workshop, aligned with Governor Bassey Otu’s vision of raising globally competitive manpower, emphasized breaking stigma and discrimination against PWDs and enhancing their participation in the digital economy.
