Following the tragic Tudun Biri bombing incident in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State, the Jam’iyyatu Ansariddeen (Attijjaniyya), an Islamic group, donated N3.9 million in cash, clothes, and detergent to support the affected victims.
Alhaji Al-Qasim Yahaya, the National Secretary of the organization, conveyed the group’s contribution led by Sheikh Abdul’ahad Ibrahim-Niass to both the 44 Nigerian Army Hospital and Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, where victims, particularly women and children, were receiving care.
Yahaya emphasized their empathetic response, stating, “As an Islamic organization affected by this tragedy, we aimed to aid our brothers and sisters affected by the unfortunate drone misfire, intending to alleviate their suffering.”
Expressing condolences to families who lost loved ones, Yahaya also urged the Nigerian Army to enhance its personnel’s training, especially in deploying military drones, and reinforce protocols to safeguard civilian lives.
