Great Ogban, Director-General of the Cross River State Microfinance and Enterprise Development Agency (MEDA), has underscored Governor Bassey Otu’s commitment to bolstering the business community and economic growth in the state. During a visit to the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME) Secretariat in Calabar, Ogban reiterated the government’s focus on addressing entrepreneurs’ challenges and providing solutions through MEDA. NASME Chairman James Alicha commended the appointment of Ogban, emphasizing the agency’s role in promoting SME activities for economic advancement. Meanwhile, First Lady Eyoanwaan Bassey Otu launched the Free Medical Outreach 3.0, reaffirming the government’s dedication to healthcare accessibility. The event garnered praise from community leaders and officials, highlighting the government’s concerted efforts to foster a healthier and more prosperous society in Cross River State.
