Gombe Government Seeks Partnership with Pharmaceutical Companies to Strengthen Healthcare

The Gombe State Government is exploring partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to enhance primary healthcare services in the state. Commissioner for Health, Habu Dahiru, led a delegation to Nemel Pharmaceutical Limited’s headquarters in Enugu to discuss potential collaborations.
Highlighting the positive impact of existing partnerships on healthcare delivery, the commissioner emphasized the need for continued collaboration to improve access to essential medicines and strengthen the supply chain system. He expressed confidence in Nemel’s quality products and underscored the state’s commitment to delivering quality healthcare to its citizens.
Nemel Pharmaceutical Limited CEO, Nnaemeka Ugwu, reiterated the company’s commitment to supporting Gombe’s healthcare sector. He pledged to continue the partnership and provide expertise to enhance the state’s supply chain management capacity, ensuring a steady supply of essential drugs.
