Gov. Aiyedatiwa Extends Heartfelt Condolences to NUJ Ondo State Over the Loss of Mr. Albert Ojo
On behalf of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, I extend heartfelt condolences to the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Ondo State on the passing of esteemed member Mr. Albert Ojo. Mr. Ojo, who tragically passed away on Thursday, was a respected elder and a prominent figure in the Correspondents Chapel.
As the Ondo State Correspondent for the Pilot Newspaper, Mr. Ojo made significant contributions to journalism over the past two decades. I had the honor of working with him both professionally and personally, and he consistently demonstrated remarkable integrity, humility, and dedication.
Mr. Ojo was known for his diligent work ethic and his ability to conduct himself with great decorum and modesty. His passing represents a tremendous loss to the journalism profession.
Our thoughts are with his family, the Correspondents Chapel, and the State Council of the NUJ during this difficult time. May God grant them the strength to endure this loss, and may Mr. Ojo’s soul rest in peace.
