Governor AbdulRazaq Prioritizes Judicial Welfare: Presents 12 New Toyota Jeeps to Judges
In a commendable gesture, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has elevated the welfare standards of the state High Court judges by presenting them with 11 top-of-the-range Toyota Fortuner Jeeps. Additionally, the Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Abiodun Ayodele Adebara, received a 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser for his office, underscoring the administration’s commitment to ensuring the comfort and efficiency of the judiciary.
Earlier this year in February, five Toyota Fortuner Jeeps were allocated to judges, demonstrating the government’s proactive approach to meeting the needs of the judiciary. Furthermore, in line with the 2024 approved budget, an additional five new Toyota Fortuner Jeeps have been provided to judges, with plans for the allocation of six more vehicles to newly appointed judges.
Governor AbdulRazaq’s responsiveness to the judiciary’s needs is evident in his swift approval and release of funds for vehicle procurement, as highlighted by Justice Adebara. This positive impact on the judiciary, coupled with the governor’s care and attention, reflects a significant milestone in enhancing judicial operations and upholding the dignity of the judicial office.
