Governor Alia Fosters Business Growth and State Welfare
Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, showcased his commitment to fostering a thriving business environment during the inauguration of the first expanded National Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Clinic in the state. Governor Alia pledged to leverage the state’s talent pool and entrepreneurial skills, assuring an enabling environment for business growth. He emphasized the state’s dedication to using available resources judiciously for the welfare of Benue.
In his address, Vice President Kashim Shettima lauded the industrious nature of Benue’s people, highlighting their excellence in arts, creativity, and agriculture. He emphasized that the state, known for its fertile land, should not be deprived of prosperity. Shettima recognized the pivotal role of Benue in driving the MSMEs sub-sector, prompting the Federal Government’s decision to host the expanded MSMEs Clinic in the state.
Governor Alia also expressed gratitude for the support received, citing the donation of a 250kva solar power system to Benue State University. He affirmed the state’s commitment to aligning with the government’s renewed hope agenda for further collaboration and support.
