Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State joined the jubilant crowd at the Tiger Bar in Makurdi, the state capital, as Chef Naira Victor marked a historic milestone. Victor, a 30-year-old culinary virtuoso, surpassed expectations by reaching an impressive 120 hours of non-stop cooking in his quest to break the Guinness World Record.
The title Victor aims to claim, currently held by an Irish chef, Alan Fisher, has become within reach thanks to his relentless dedication. Governor Alia, accompanied by dignitaries including the Speaker of Benue State House of Assembly, Aondona Dajoh, and other esteemed officials, offered words of encouragement to Victor, underscoring the importance of perseverance and determination in achieving remarkable feats.
