Governor Alia Urges Continued Support for Benue APC, Appoints Acting State Chairman
Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has called for unwavering support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, emphasizing its pivotal role in transforming Benue and Nigeria. Speaking during a visit by the State Executive Committee members of the APC, Governor Alia highlighted the party’s vision for progress and development. He acknowledged the pressure from stakeholders to fill the vacant position of State Chairman and appointed Hon. Benjamin Omakolo as the acting chairman to steer the party amidst challenges.
