Governor Alia’s Birthday Marked by BSUTH Cafeteria Renovation
In celebration of Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia’s birthday, the Benue State Government has initiated the renovation of the cafeteria at Benue State University Teaching Hospital (BSUTH) in Makurdi. This project, approved by the Executive Governor as part of his development agenda, aims to enhance the dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors.
Dr. Stephen Hwande, the Chief Medical Director of BSUTH, will oversee the project, which commenced on May 15, 2024. The renovation is a testament to Governor Alia’s commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure and the overall well-being of Benue State residents.
“The renovation of the BSUTH Cafeteria is a significant initiative by the Masses’ Governor to create a more comfortable and efficient healthcare environment for the people of Benue State,” said Dr. Hwande. He added that continuous improvements to the hospital’s facilities and services are essential to providing the highest quality of healthcare.
The project is expected to be completed within a few months, and the hospital administration looks forward to unveiling the new and improved cafeteria to the public.
