Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago Extends Warm Wishes to Emir of Kontagora on 50th Birthday
Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger State has extended heartfelt congratulations to the 7th Sarkin Sudan of Kontagora, Alh. Muhammad Bara’u Mu’azu II, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Bago praised the Emir as a distinguished leader deeply committed to the welfare of his people. He highlighted the Emir’s dedication to preserving the cultural heritage and traditional values of the Emirate, which has strengthened the traditional institutions in the state.
Governor Bago expressed his gratitude to Allah for granting the Emir the opportunity to reach this significant milestone, noting that 50 years marks the beginning of a new phase in life. He assured the Emir of continued support from his administration and prayed for Allah’s blessings, good health, and wisdom for the Emir to continue serving his people effectively.
