Governor Namadi Inaugurates Taskforce Committee on Technology Village Establishment
Governor Mallam Umar Namadi has inaugurated a Taskforce Committee on the Establishment of a Technology Village at the Council Chambers of the Government House in Dutse. The 11-member committee is chaired by Habibu Aminu Kani, Special Adviser to the Governor on Technology and Innovation, with other members drawn from both the private and academic sectors.
The committee’s responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, developing a master plan, identifying infrastructure needs, and establishing a legal framework for the Technology Village. The committee is expected to submit its report in six months. Kani emphasized that the Technology Village will foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and research, turning ideas into successful businesses.
