Governor Nwifuru Honors Constituency with Thanksgiving and Empowerment Event
His Excellency, Right Honourable Builder Francis Nwifuru, GGCEHF, FNIOB, FCA, Governor of Ebonyi State, graced the Special Thanksgiving and Empowerment Programme organized by Chief Emmanuel Uguru, the member representing Abakaliki/Izzi Federal Constituency, at his Anmegu Onucha Country home, Abakaliki Local Government Area, as a special Guest of Honour on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
Governor Nwifuru commended Chief Emmanuel Uguru for his dedication to giving back to the people and encouraged him to continue bringing more development to the constituents. During the event, the Governor initiated a scholarship program for 24 constituents, commissioned a new church building for the Assemblies of God Church, and distributed various items such as motorcycles, deep freezers, hair dryers, sewing machines, and food items to benefit the community, all made possible by the initiative of Chief Emmanuel Uguru.
