Governor Nwifuru Launches ‘Ijeoma’ Security Taskforce for Safe Journeys
Governor Nwifuru, accompanied by Deputy Governor Princess Patricia Obila, initiated the ‘Ijeoma’ Security Taskforce at the old Government House, Abakaliki, on Thursday, April 25, 2024. This taskforce, comprising officers from various security agencies, aims to safeguard the state from criminal activities, ensuring peace and safety for all. Governor Nwifuru urged citizens to collaborate by providing timely information to the taskforce, enhancing their effectiveness in maintaining law and order across Ebonyi State.
