Governor Radda Appoints New KT-CARES Coordinator to Boost Development

Governor Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON has appointed Malam Nafiu Muhammad Musa as the new Coordinator for Katsina Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (KT-CARES), aiming to revitalize community resilience and economic growth in Katsina.

Malam Musa, a seasoned development professional, brings extensive experience from roles such as State Team Lead for Helen Keller International and Program Officer for USAID-funded projects. His expertise in community engagement and policy advocacy has led to significant achievements, including influencing policy changes and securing international investments.

An alumnus of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Musa is pursuing an MBA in Project Management and holds prestigious affiliations with the Korea Institute of Rural Development and the International Association for Community Development (IACD).

The appointment underscores Governor Radda’s commitment to harnessing local talent with global exposure, enhancing the state’s development goals through strategic leadership. Malam Musa’s diverse experience is expected to provide valuable insights and direction for KT-CARES, aligning with its mission to stimulate sustainable economic growth.

His Excellency’s approval of this appointment, prior to his vacation, reflects the government’s dedication to driving positive change through capable leadership.
