Governor Radda Champions Education for All in Mashi
Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has intensified the campaign for universal primary, secondary, and basic education in Mashi Local Government Area, reaffirming his dedication to enhancing the education sector. Emphasizing that basic education is a fundamental right for all children in Katsina, Governor Radda urged parents to seize the opportunity provided by the government’s education-friendly policies and enroll their children in school.
During his participation as Guest of Honour at a sensitization program organized by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, in collaboration with the State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) and the Transforming Education System at the State Level (TESS/BESDA), Governor Radda reiterated his administration’s commitment to revitalizing education across the state. He emphasized that education remains a top priority, aligning with his comprehensive Buildingyourfuture blueprint.
The purpose of the program was to raise awareness among rural communities, including those in Mashi, about the significance of both formal and informal secular education. Governor Radda commended the Ministry of Education for spearheading this renaissance and pledged continued support to ensure the success of educational initiatives in Katsina State.
