Governor Uba Sani’s Remarkable Vision: 2024 Appropriation Bill Signing
Governor Uba Sani signed the 2024 Appropriation Bill into law, emphasizing its pivotal role in bridging the rural-urban gap and propelling inclusive development. With a budget titled “Rural Transformation for Inclusive Development,” it allocates 69.57% for Capital Expenditure and 30.43% for Recurrent Expenditure, aiming to revitalize rural economies, bolster infrastructure, enhance human capital, promote social inclusion, and ensure safety and security.
Governor Sani urged a collective effort to achieve the budget’s objectives, emphasizing the critical role of Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), and the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) in revenue generation and effective implementation. He called upon citizens’ indomitable spirit and resilience during these challenging times, expressing confidence in leading Kaduna to a brighter future.
The Governor concluded by signing the 2024 Appropriation Bill into law, underscoring his commitment to a prosperous Kaduna State.
