Governor Uzodimma Hosts Southern Traditional Rulers to a Dinner in Owerri
Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State recently hosted a dinner in Owerri for the esteemed Traditional Rulers from the South, ahead of the inauguration of the Southern Traditional Rulers Council. The event underscored the crucial role these leaders play in supporting the government’s governance obligations.
Governor Uzodimma expressed his delight at the unity and collective wisdom of the Traditional Rulers, emphasizing that their cohesion is vital in addressing societal challenges. He stated, “Their unity and collective wisdom are vital in addressing the challenges we face as a society.”
The Governor affirmed his administration’s commitment to working closely with the Traditional Rulers to achieve shared goals of fostering development and harmony in society. “As a Government, we will continue to work closely with our Traditional Rulers to ensure that we achieve our shared goals of making significant strides in fostering development and harmony in our society,” Governor Uzodimma added.
