Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has expressed his readiness to lead efforts aimed at revitalizing economic activities in the Southeast region following his appointment as the coordinator of economic activities by the All Progressives Congress (APC). Uzodimma, one of six governors inaugurated by the national chairman of the APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, in Abuja, pledged to prioritize economic development in the Southeast.
