Governor Yahaya Urges Dedication from Newly Promoted Police Officers
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, has decorated two officers of the Government House with new ranks of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP II). The ceremony, held in the presence of the Secretary to the Government, Professor Ibrahim Njodi, and ASP I Bamayi Adamu, recognized ASP Adamu Jibrin and ASP Nikanor Tobiri among those recently promoted by the Police Service Commission.
Governor Yahaya, represented by Professor Njodi, congratulated the officers on their promotion, emphasizing that it comes with increased responsibilities. He urged them to remain dedicated and uphold professional standards in their duties. The newly decorated officers expressed their gratitude and commitment to serving diligently, acknowledging the governor’s support.
