The announcement comes during a courtesy visit by the pioneer medical students of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, and the leadership of the Nigerian Medical Association, Kogi State. Governor Bello, acknowledging the challenges faced by the pioneer medical students, took swift action upon assuming office, placing affected students on scholarship to continue their MBBS program.
