Lagos Real Estate Developer Praises Sanwo-Olu’s Amnesty Initiative
Lagos estate developer Oluwatosin Olatujoye has commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for extending the amnesty program for property owners without planning approvals. This extension, from August 1 to October 30, 2024, offers developers the chance to regularize projects without penal fees.
