Lagos State Advocates for Innovative Thinking at LJLA
Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, recently visited the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) and encouraged its fellows to embrace innovative thinking as a fundamental aspect of effective leadership. During his visit, he toured the academy and engaged in discussions with the fellows, emphasizing the crucial role of innovation in addressing contemporary societal challenges. Hamzat highlighted innovation as the driving force behind progress and transformation, urging the fellows to leverage their creativity and vision to pioneer solutions that bring about positive change in their communities. He commended the Executive Secretary, Mrs. Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade, for her commitment to excellence in leadership development and reiterated the government’s support for initiatives aimed at empowering youth and fostering leadership across all sectors of society.
