In line with its commitment to security, the Lagos State government, represented by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, commissioned the newly built Imota Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Corp (LNSC) Station in Imota LCDA. The station, equipped with offices, a mini cell, a store, and conveniences, serves as a vital hub for the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC). Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of safeguarding lives and properties in the state, highlighting security as a cornerstone of responsible governance. He commended the LNSC for recruiting officers from local communities, fostering grassroots intelligence gathering and community policing. The General Manager of LNSC, Prince (Dr.) Ifalade Oyekan, reiterated the agency’s commitment to combatting crime and ensuring a safe environment for Lagos residents.
