Lagos State Government Hosts Retreat for Union Leaders to Strengthen Labor-Government Relations
The Ministry of Establishments and Training in Lagos State organized a three-day retreat in Ogbara, Ogun State, focusing on “The Role of Industrial Relations in Government.” Commissioner Afolabi Ayantayo highlighted the significance of labor unions in the state’s development, expressing the government’s commitment to positive labor-government relations. The retreat aimed to foster understanding and strengthen the partnership for the collective progress of the state. Permanent Secretary Olubusola Abidakun emphasized the importance of relaxation and enjoyment in building connections, creativity, and recharging spirits during the retreat.
