Lagos State Women Development Centre Organizes Orientation Programme for Newly Admitted Students
The Lagos State Women Development Centre (WDC) in Agege conducted an orientation programme for newly admitted students across various training courses. Mrs. Olufunke Adeleye, Director of WDC, underscored the importance of the training in driving innovation and excellence in Lagos State. Established in 1993, the Centre aims to alleviate poverty and empower youth for self-dependence. With over 500 students enrolled in seven training classes, participants will undergo a dynamic curriculum designed to provide them with essential knowledge and skills for their respective career paths. Mrs. Adeleye reaffirmed the Centre’s commitment to investing in talent and empowering youth, ensuring they reach new heights of achievement.
