Lagos to Launch Monthly ‘Keep-fit Lagos’ Program for Enhanced Well-Being
In a joint effort between the Lagos State Sports Commission and the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Sports, plans are underway to inaugurate the “Keep-fit Lagos” monthly aerobics program. This program, set to commence on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, aims to uplift the physical and mental well-being of Lagosians. The Director-General, Oluwatoyin Gafaar, expressed the Commission’s commitment to ensuring the success of this initiative, aligning with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s T.H.E.M.E.S.+ agenda. Gafaar emphasized its inclusive nature, promoting community bonding while nurturing a culture of fitness for peak performance among residents.
