Mobbar LG Chairman Visits Digital Literacy Centre, Praises Borno State’s Digital Revolution
Alh. Mgas, Chairman of Mobbar Local Government Area, recently visited the Mobbar Digital Literacy Centre in Damasak to review the training programs in progress. During the visit, he expressed his approval of the ongoing digital literacy initiatives and commended the Borno State Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (BICTDA) for its role in advancing digital skills in the state.
Alh. Mgas lauded Governor Babagana Umara Zulum for his visionary role in establishing BICTDA, which has been pivotal in driving digital innovation in Borno. To support the trainees, the Chairman donated N200,000 and encouraged them to fully engage with their studies, underscoring the importance of digital skills in the modern world.
This gesture aims to boost the morale of the trainees and further emphasize the state government’s dedication to digital development.
