New Engagement Channels Record High Feedback – LASG

Dr. Tajudeen Abiodun Afolabi, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Political, Legislative, and Civic Engagement, has announced a significant increase in feedback through the new engagement channels launched by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration. In an interview with “Eko n Sanjo” on Traffic Radio 96.1fm, Dr. Afolabi highlighted that the new platforms are successfully facilitating communication between the state government and residents.

The initiative, introduced in response to recent protests, aims to foster open dialogue and enhance government responsiveness. Dr. Afolabi noted that feedback collected from various channels will play a crucial role in shaping future policy decisions. He emphasized the Governor’s commitment to engaging with youths and the public, as well as the administration’s ongoing efforts to improve social security through expanded healthcare services, skills acquisition programs, and targeted support for vulnerable populations.

The Special Adviser encouraged Lagosians to continue providing feedback and to support the government’s efforts to deliver effective governance and community benefits.
