Okoye Appointed Acting Chairman of Imo State Internal Revenue Service
Remigius Justice Okoye has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of the Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS) by Governor Hope Uzodimma. The appointment was announced by the Chief Press Secretary and media adviser to the Governor, Oguwike Nwachukwu.
Okoye, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants (FCA), brings extensive experience in accounting and related fields to the role. Governor Uzodimma has tasked Okoye with utilizing all available resources to enhance the revenue generation capabilities of the IIRS and strengthen the financial foundation of the state government.
