Over 1 Million Women, Children Accessed Nutritional Supplements in Katsina
The ANRiN project, a collaboration between the World Bank and the Katsina State Ministry of Health, provides nutritional supplements and services to over one million women and children. The project focuses on preventing malnutrition among pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children under five. In the first review meeting of 2024, stakeholders discuss the roadmap for sustainability and address challenges. The project aims to accelerate access to nutrition, emphasizing the impact of bandit activities hindering service providers from accessing some communities.
