Southern Kaduna Leadership Council (SKLC) Sympathy Visit: Governor Sani Addresses Kuriga School Children Abduction and Ginger Disease
Governor Sani of Kaduna State welcomed the Southern Kaduna Leadership Council (SKLC) to Sir Kashim Ibrahim House to express sympathy over the abduction of school children in Kuriga and to address the urgent issue of a ginger disease affecting farms in the southern part of the state. Led by Ishaya Akau, the SKLC commended the government’s efforts in promoting peace and unity.
Governor Sani acknowledged the visit and assured the SKLC of the government’s commitment to the safe return of the abducted children. Additionally, he announced the formation of a committee to advise on strategies to combat the ginger disease, recognizing its threat to the livelihoods of the people.
