USAID Hosts M&E Workshop for Ebonyi Cabinet Members
USAID’s State Accountability, Transparency, and Effectiveness (State2State) Activity held a three-day workshop in Enugu from July 24th to July 26th, 2024, focusing on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for Ebonyi State’s Executive Council Members. The workshop aimed to review the implementation of the M&E framework developed in 2022 and gather political support for its execution. Dr. Sam Onyia from USAID highlighted the positive political will observed and urged the participants to follow up on the action plans developed. The workshop included presentations on effective M&E practices and the importance of sustained political will. Participants, including the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Grace Umezurike, and the Head of Service, Dr. Ritamary Okoro, praised the workshop’s impact and its contribution to enhancing governance and service delivery.
