Speaking at the opening of Success City Realty, an estate management firm in Abakaliki, Nwaobashi emphasized the potential of estate management to improve living conditions and create employment opportunities.
Success City Realty aims to train young men and women in estate management, equipping them with the skills to become self-reliant and employers of labor. CEO Kenneth Mbadiwe highlighted the company’s commitment to sustainable housing development, including plans for the first solar-powered city estate in Ebonyi State.
