Lagos State Chief Judge Swears in 30 Customary Court Members

The Chief Judge of Lagos State, Hon. Justice Kazeem Olanrewaju Alogba, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of 30 newly appointed members of the Customary Court in Lagos State on Tuesday.
In his address, Justice Alogba urged the appointees to prioritize fairness and impartiality in their rulings, emphasizing that integrity is the foundation of justice. “Do not do anything to pollute the stream of justice,” he cautioned, while also advising them to maintain professionalism and uphold the dignity of the Court in their conduct and appearance.
Mrs. Adebola Odeyemi, the Executive Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission, encouraged the appointees to safeguard confidentiality and execute their roles with diligence. The event marked a significant step in strengthening Lagos State’s judicial system.
