Governor Sule Orders Immediate Termination of Appointment of Suspended TSC Chairman and Members
Governor Abdullahi A. Sule of Nasarawa State has taken decisive action by ordering the immediate termination of the appointments of the suspended Chairman and members of the State’s Teaching Service Commission (TSC). This decision was made as part of a broader effort to ensure transparency and competence in the recruitment of teachers. Governor Sule announced the creation of an independent body to conduct fresh selection interviews for 3,000 teachers who have already been recruited, with the aim of selecting 1,500 highly qualified and competent teachers. The announcement was made during the inauguration of newly appointed commissioners and members of the Nasarawa State Executive Council at Lafia City Hall on Friday.
