Ondo NUJ Commends Reappointment of Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan as Governor’s Chief Press Secretary

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ondo State Council, has hailed Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for reappointing Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
In a statement signed by Chairman Prince Leke Adegbite and State Secretary Comrade Olaoluwa Meshack, the NUJ described Adeniyan’s reappointment as a well-deserved recognition of his exceptional performance in handling the Governor’s public relations.
“Our union welcomes this decision with satisfaction, considering Prince Adeniyan’s credibility and outstanding performance since assuming office as the Governor’s CPS over a year ago,” the statement read.
The NUJ lauded Adeniyan’s proven ability to navigate the complexities of the role, ensuring effective communication between the government and the people.
“The reappointment of Prince Adeniyan has justified our belief in his competence. His public relations skills are second to none, and his dedication to his principal’s vision has been outstanding. We are confident that he will continue to steer the Governor’s media engagement in the right direction,” the NUJ added.
The union also acknowledged Adeniyan’s support for the media industry, noting that his tenure has strengthened the relationship between the government and journalists in Ondo State.
While congratulating Prince Adeniyan, the NUJ also praised Governor Aiyedatiwa for retaining a media professional who has gained the trust and respect of stakeholders.
