Governor Oyebanji Unveils First-of-Its-Kind Ekiti Dashboard for Transparent Project Monitoring

In a bold move to deepen transparency and enhance project delivery, Governor Biodun Oyebanji has launched the Strategic Pillar Monitoring System (SPMS), dubbed the Ekiti Dashboard, to offer real-time tracking of government programmes and projects across the state.
Commissioning the innovative ICT platform at the Lady Jibowu Hall, Government House, Ado-Ekiti, Governor Oyebanji described the initiative as a cutting-edge tool designed to provide instant updates on the status, progress, and impact of state projects. “This system reinforces our commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence in public service,” he said, proudly noting that Ekiti’s dashboard is the first of its kind in Nigeria.
According to the Governor, the platform will empower citizens with tools to monitor projects from start to finish, improve service delivery, ensure optimal resource allocation, and enhance participatory governance. He commended the Office of Transformation and Service Delivery (OTSD), led by Dr John Ekundayo, for spearheading the transformative initiative.
Dr Ekundayo, in his remarks, applauded Governor Oyebanji’s visionary leadership, emphasizing that the dashboard aligns with the administration’s six-pillar agenda. He urged stakeholders to actively engage with the platform to foster data-driven governance and better results.
The event witnessed the presence of top state officials, including the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Habibat Adubiaro, Head of Service, Dr. (Mrs) Folakemi Olomojobi, and other senior government executives.
