California Legislature Celebrates Lagos Tourism Commissioner for Advancing Global Cultural Partnerships

Lagos State’s Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, has been honored with a prestigious Certificate of Recognition by the California State Legislature.
