Ekiti Government Supports Vulnerable Muslim Faithful with Food Distribution for Ramadan
In a demonstration of care and inclusivity, the Ekiti State Government has commenced the distribution of essential food items to vulnerable Muslim faithful in Ado-Ekiti ahead of the Ramadan fast.
The initiative, which is being carried out simultaneously at various mosques, including Ansar-Ud-Deen Mosque, Ado-Ekiti Central Mosque, Zamratul-Mumin, and Ahmadiyah Mosque, is aimed at easing the fasting period for those in need.
Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration remains committed to supporting religious communities and ensuring that all citizens, regardless of background, feel the impact of government interventions. Distribution to additional mosques will continue in the coming days to ensure widespread coverage.
