Governor Alia Appoints Head of Benue Investment Promotion Agency
Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has appointed Kpenkaan Terhemen Johnpaul as the Executive Secretary of the Benue Investment Promotion Agency (BENIPA). With over 17 years of professional experience, including his tenure as Director General of the Nigerian Youth Chamber of Commerce, he is well-regarded for fostering entrepreneurship and small business development.
