Governor Alia Strengthens APC Unity at NEC Meeting in Abuja
Governor Hyacinth Alia joined other key leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja. The crucial meeting, presided over by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, focused on advancing the party’s progressive agenda and strengthening its governance strategies.
The NEC reaffirmed its confidence in President Tinubu’s leadership, recognizing his efforts in driving national development and stability. Governor Alia, accompanied by Chief Benjamin Omale, the Benue State APC Chairman, engaged in discussions aimed at fortifying the party’s structure and ensuring sustained progress.
The meeting was attended by prominent party figures, including Vice President Kashim Shettima, APC National Chairman Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, Deputy Senate President Senator Barau Jibrin, APC Governors, and members of the National Working Committee.
Governor Alia reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the party’s vision, emphasizing the need for unity, collaboration, and strategic policymaking to drive sustainable development for the benefit of all Nigerians.
