Governor Buni Strengthens MDAs with New SSA Media Appointments
In a strategic move to boost government visibility and communication efficiency, Yobe State Governor, Hon. Mai Mala Buni, has approved the appointment of Senior Special Assistants on Media across key Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). The appointments were formalized with the distribution of letters by the Chairman of the Coalition of Yobe APC Political Organizations (COYAPO), Babagana Alhaji Modu MBA (Bature Goniri).
The initiative is aimed at strengthening the media units of all MDAs to ensure the prompt dissemination of government policies, programmes, and achievements. It is part of the Buni administration’s broader agenda to enhance accountability, transparency, and public engagement in governance.
The appointed SSAs are expected to play a pivotal role in projecting the successes of the administration, supporting public service delivery, and reinforcing the government’s development agenda.
