He has also increased the service years for teachers from 35 to 40 and retirement age from 60 to 65, ensuring job security and motivation for educators.

To enhance the learning environment, the administration has renovated numerous primary and secondary schools, employed over 4,000 additional teachers, and constructed hundreds of new classroom blocks.
