Governor Nwifuru Begins Reconstruction of Ogbogbo Bridge to Restore Vital Road Network
Governor Francis Nwifuru has commenced the construction of a two-span Ogbogbo Bridge along the Odomoke-Ugbodo road in Ebonyi Local Government Area, bringing relief to road users who have endured years of hardship.
The bridge, which was previously destroyed by an articulated vehicle laden with cement, had rendered vehicular movement impossible along the axis. Governor Nwifuru’s intervention marks a major step in restoring connectivity and enhancing economic activities in the area.
The project, executed by the Ministry of Infrastructural Development for Concession, aligns with the governor’s vision for robust and sustainable road infrastructure across Ebonyi State. Residents and commuters have lauded the initiative, expressing optimism that more infrastructural projects will follow under the current administration.
