Governor Sani Unveils Advanced Software to Enhance Land Administration and Eliminate Fraud in Kaduna
Kaduna State has taken a major leap in governance efficiency with the unveiling of an advanced Compensation and Valuation System (CVS) software designed to eliminate compensation fraud and streamline land administration.
Speaking at the launch, Director General of the Kaduna Geographic Information Service (KADGIS), Bashir Garba Ibrahim, emphasized that the new software leverages biometric data, National Identity Numbers (NIN), and Bank Verification Numbers (BVN) to enhance transparency and accountability. The initiative, championed by Governor Uba Sani, is set to revolutionize compensation processes and eliminate inefficiencies associated with manual methods.
The CVS software, characterized by a robust and user-friendly design, is equipped with advanced tools to manage, track, and verify land-related compensations. It ensures that every parcel of land is accurately identified and linked to its rightful beneficiaries, thus eliminating errors and fraudulent claims.
Governor Sani’s commitment to digital transformation in governance has once again positioned Kaduna as a model state in technological innovation and accountability. The DG of KADGIS commended the Governor’s visionary leadership in providing the necessary support to develop the software, which will enhance project management across Kaduna State.
