Governor Uba Sani Pursues Educational Excellence and Skill Development in Kaduna

Today, in a progressive step toward educational reform and human capital development, Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, along with Deputy Governor Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa and key government officials, engaged in strategic discussions with the Nigerian Board for Technical Education (NBTE). This meeting underscores the state’s commitment to uplifting its educational standards and addressing the crucial need for skilled professionals and artisans.
The cornerstone of the deliberations was the establishment of a cutting-edge Skills Acquisition Village, a collaborative effort between the Kaduna State Government and the NBTE. This initiative is designed to mitigate the current deficit in semi-skilled labor within the state, offering comprehensive vocational training to empower the youth and other interested individuals. By aligning with Federal Government Agencies and Development Partners, Governor Sani demonstrates his administration’s resolve in not only advancing educational opportunities but also in preparing a competent workforce for various sectors within and beyond Kaduna State.
This development is integral to the state’s economic growth, ensuring that individuals are equipped not just with education but with practical skills that contribute to nation-building.
