Governor Uba Sani Vows Genuine Reconciliation with Southern Kaduna Residents
Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to fostering authentic reconciliation with the people of Southern Kaduna.
Speaking through his Senior Special Assistant on Religious Affairs (Christian Matters), Rev. Ishaya Jangado, at the Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association Pastor’s Congress, held at the Throneroom Trust Ministry in Kafanchan, Governor Sani emphasized his government’s dedication to rectifying past errors for the advancement and prosperity of the state.
Governor Sani urged the Christian community in the region to unite in support of the current administration’s inclusive governance initiatives, seeking collaboration for holistic progress.
Apostle Emmanuel Kure, Chairman of the Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association, commended the governor for promoting unity in the state and pledged the association’s backing for endeavors aimed at fostering peaceful coexistence among various religious groups.
Kure further announced the association’s plans to establish a special fund to assist disadvantaged pastors in the area and enhance their capabilities. He dispelled rumors of receiving funds from politicians during the 2023 elections, affirming the association’s commitment to genuine service.
