Governor Uba Sani Welcomes Former President Buhari to Kaduna
Governor Uba Sani warmly received former President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, at his residence in Kaduna, marking a homecoming for the elder statesman.
The visit, which follows Buhari’s time in his hometown Daura, Katsina State, was attended by a distinguished delegation, including Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima, Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State, and Katsina Deputy Governor Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, among others.
Governor Sani expressed his deep respect and admiration for the former President, stating, “It is an honor to welcome our dear former President, Muhammadu Buhari, back to Kaduna. I wish him a pleasant stay in his favorite city.”
The visit reaffirmed the strong bond between the leaders and underscored Kaduna’s continued role as a political and strategic hub in Nigeria’s governance landscape.
