Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to collaborative governance and community empowerment as he flagged off the distribution of lifeline palliatives to 3,000 constituents in Marte, Monguno, and Nganzai.

The initiative, spearheaded by Engr. Talba’s proactive leadership and unwavering dedication to the welfare of his constituents, emphasizing that such interventions align with the state government’s broader mission of rebuilding and revitalizing communities.

In his remarks, Engr. Bukar Talba highlighted his constituency projects over the past two years, including the construction of classrooms, provision of farm implements, and skills acquisition programs that have positively impacted thousands of lives.

The occasion was well attended by key stakeholders, including Deputy Chief of Staff, Dr. Babagana Mallumbe; a member representing Monguno at the State House of Assembly, Maina Garbu; commissioners; local government chairmen; and party leaders, underscoring the strong synergy between the state government and elected representatives in fostering sustainable development.
